Biography

I am a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I worked as a Registered Nurse at Burn/Trauma Unit at Washington Hospital Center for 8 years before obtaining my Master of Science in Nursing at George Washington University. My specialty area is in Family Medicine, providing care to patients across all age groups. I am also interested in cosmetic dermatology and hope to pursue this field in the near future.

I offer comprehensive care to my patients and take a holistic approach – healing the body, mind, spirit and emotions, to ensure optimal health and wellness. I put myself in my patients’ shoes and try to understand where each patient comes from. I love building trusting relationships with my patients to deliver quality care.

Personal Interests

In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and my son as well as hiking, trying to cook new recipes, and traveling.
